THE CONFRONTATION ON CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

Life is precious. God has given this beautiful boon to us to be born as humans. Each and every person differs in conduct, character, ideas, lifestyle, codes, principles…and so on. “To err is Human” but the mistake should not be repeated. None are born criminals. The situation and circumstances would make sometimes a man to do some criminal activities, but some are habitual offenders . They take up crime as their profession. They cause loss of life and property and bring unbearable and not replaceable sorrows. Are they to be forgiven? . They may escape law and punishment as the politics here is based on their support and goondaism. But in the Court of Lord they are never let unpunished.

Capital punishment has been banned in many countries, but in my opinion it is necessary. Some may question that we have no right to take the life of a person but a fear of life should be created in the minds of murderers and criminals. They have the right to take life of innocent people but why cant a law take their lives. Every offender should be punished for his crime but loss of innocent lives is irrevocable. Let the lawmakers think deeply and bring a good solution to it so that there is peace and calmness in the society and let us make the world a better place to live in.
