This is the story of two brothers, LPO and BPO vis-à-vis Legal Process Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing. BPO is somewhat 15 years elder to his sibling. Both seemed to be similar to common people of India. One fine day Mr. Recession came in and thwarted the BPO industry. Lay offs, shut downs and mayhem everywhere. Come on, but the new guy seemed to be still growing. That’s when the common man noticed how the LPO is different from his elder bro.
Unlike the BPO’s who ate out of the success of the businesses, the LPO has food whether businesses thrive or fall. Man!!! suddenly our legal profession seems too cool. Attention parents who strive hard to get their children to medicine and engineering schools, you are outdated!!!!!!!
The specialized skill is what lacks in BPO employees and that is the gain of LPO’s.
One thing which makes LPO employees more responsible is the fact that they have seen life more than the BPOites who are spoon feeded right from LKG to their BTech or Degree while LPOites are those who have been to LAW schools(You know what I mean ) and been through toughest times in the court.
SO YEEEEEHAAAAAH LPOites WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
